01 Definitions

The following terms have the meanings assigned to them in this section wherever they appear in the 786s Terms & Conditions:

02 Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 786s. By completing the 786s account registration process, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and all other 786s policies incorporated by reference herein, including the 786s Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

2.2 If you access the 786s platform without registering an account, you accept these Terms & Conditions to the extent applicable to non-registered users by virtue of your continued use of the platform.

2.3 786s may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version is always displayed at 786s.net/terms-and-conditions. Continued use of the 786s platform following notification of updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

2.4 These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English language version shall prevail.

03 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Registration and use of the 786s platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. 786s operates a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. Any player found to be under 18 years of age will have their account immediately closed and all funds withheld pending investigation. 786s reserves the right to report underage gambling attempts to relevant authorities.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To register a valid 786s account, you must:

• Be a natural person aged 18 years or older
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal name, Pakistani mobile number, and CNIC number
• Not be subject to a current 786s self-exclusion or account suspension
• Not already hold an active 786s account — only one account per individual is permitted
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in Pakistan

3.3 One Account Policy

Each player may hold only one registered 786s account. 786s uses technical and manual verification methods to identify duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, 786s reserves the right to close all but the earliest-registered account, forfeit all bonuses across all accounts, and withhold any balance held in duplicate accounts pending investigation.

3.4 Account Information Accuracy

Players are required to maintain accurate and current registration information throughout the lifetime of their 786s account. If your personal information changes — including your registered Pakistani mobile number — you must update your 786s account details promptly. 786s is not liable for consequences arising from outdated account information provided by the player.

04 Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 786s login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your 786s account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 786s will never ask for your full password via any channel including Live Chat, Telegram, WhatsApp, or email. Any communication claiming to be from 786s and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 786s support immediately.

4.3 You must notify 786s support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. 786s will take appropriate steps to secure the account pending investigation but is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access attributable to the player's failure to maintain password security.

4.4 786s strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your 786s account. Two-factor authentication is available to all registered players at no cost via your account Security Settings.

05 Deposits

5.1 All 786s deposits are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 786s does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider (e.g., Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL) may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Accepted deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Bank Alfalah, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and Raast. Available methods are subject to change; current options are displayed on the 786s deposit page.

5.3 The minimum deposit amount is 500 PKR unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. 786s reserves the right to set individual player deposit limits based on responsible gaming assessments or regulatory requirements.

5.4 Deposits are credited to your 786s PKR wallet in real time upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. 786s is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or Pakistani banking systems.

5.5 786s reserves the right to request documentary verification of payment method ownership before processing deposits exceeding a threshold determined by 786s's compliance team. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and does not imply any allegation of wrongdoing against the player.

06 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal of PKR funds from your 786s account is subject to successful completion of KYC verification, including CNIC submission and approval. 786s processes withdrawal requests to verified accounts within the timeframes specified on the withdrawal page, which are illustrative targets rather than guarantees.

6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 PKR. There is no standard maximum withdrawal amount for verified accounts, though 786s reserves the right to apply payment processing limits and may stage large withdrawals across multiple transactions.

6.3 Withdrawals must be processed to a payment method in the player's own name. 786s will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods registered to another individual.

6.4 Funds derived from active bonus balances that have not yet completed their wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 786s may offer various bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to: minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet size while a bonus is active, and bonus expiry periods.

7.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific bonus offer, standard wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount.

7.3 Only one bonus offer may be active on a 786s account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.

7.4 786s reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time where there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, matched betting, arbitrage activity, or any other practice that 786s, at its sole discretion, determines to be in bad faith exploitation of promotional offers.

7.5 Maximum bet restrictions apply while a bonus is active. Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

7.6 Free spins awarded as part of a 786s promotion expire 7 days from the date of award unless a different expiry is stated in the offer terms. Unused free spins are forfeited upon expiry and carry no cash value.

08 Gameplay Rules

8.1 All 786s casino games (slots, table games, live dealer games) operate under rules defined by the game provider and displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for understanding game rules before placing real-money bets.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 786s platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering as an individual under 18 years of age or assisting a minor in accessing 786s
• Registering or operating more than one 786s account simultaneously or successively
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC

10 Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the 786s platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the "786s" brand identity — is the property of 786s or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 786s platform solely for personal recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 786s platform content.

10.3 Unauthorised use of 786s intellectual property — including use of the 786s name or brand to create fraudulent login pages or impersonate 786s — is a serious legal offence and will be pursued accordingly.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 786s provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 786s takes reasonable technical precautions to ensure platform availability, 786s does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 786s shall not be liable for: indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform; loss of profits or gaming winnings caused by platform unavailability or technical malfunction beyond 786s's reasonable control; or losses arising from a player's failure to follow these Terms & Conditions.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits 786s's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11.4 Gambling involves inherent financial risk. By using the 786s platform, you acknowledge and accept that gambling may result in the loss of your deposited PKR funds. 786s is not responsible for financial losses arising from legal gameplay on its platform.

12 Responsible Gaming

14 Governing Law & Disputes

14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 786s platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting 786s support in writing.

14.2 786s endeavours to respond to formal dispute submissions within 10 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, 786s will engage in good faith mediation before pursuing or accepting formal legal proceedings.

14.3 These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 786s with respect to the use of the 786s platform and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and representations relating to the same subject matter.

14.4 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
